Meet the Founder

Traci is an experienced operational executive known for helping organizations work smarter, grow stronger, and navigate change with confidence. With a background in accounting, financial systems, and enterprise operations, she has spent more than 17 years supporting Fortune 1000 companies through process improvements, technology upgrades, and strategic transformation. Her strengths include project management, product development, systems optimization, and guiding teams through shifts from Waterfall to Agile.

A California native, Traci founded her firm in 2009 during the economic downturn with a simple mission: connect talented professionals with organizations that needed their skills. Her ability to blend business insight with hands-on technical expertise has shaped the firm’s reputation as a trusted partner in both operational and technology initiatives.

Before launching the firm, Traci held a leadership role at Visa Inc., where she managed the strategy and daily operations for Commercial Global Data Products. She oversaw a $4M operating budget, developed pricing strategies that identified over $5M in new annual revenue, and shaped Visa’s global data strategy for commercial solutions. Earlier in her career, she worked at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG) and PeopleSoft/Oracle, specializing in full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations.

Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron, serves on committees for local nonprofits, and is a co-author on two patents related to data quality.
